“Informal Meeting” with the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan

On March 18, 2026, within the framework of the “Resilience School” project, the first “Informal Meeting” for youth was held with the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan.

During his opening speech, Armen Grigoryan outlined the characteristics of Armenia’s post-August 8 security environment, the link between democracy and the Comprehensive Defense and Security system, and the progress of Armenia-Azerbaijan negotiations. He further discussed the results of balancing and a balanced foreign policy amid ongoing geopolitical shifts.

The session continued with an engaging Q&A between the Secretary and the young participants. The discussion covered hybrid threats against Armenia, border delimitation with Azerbaijan, the normalization of the border with Türkiye, and the process of constitutional reform.
