[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=”” woodmart_inline=”no” text_larger=”no”]On March 18, 2026, within the framework of the “Resilience School” project, the first “Informal Meeting” for youth was held with the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan.<\/span><\/p>\n

During his opening speech, Armen Grigoryan outlined the characteristics of Armenia’s post-August 8 security environment, the link between democracy and the Comprehensive Defense and Security system, and the progress of Armenia-Azerbaijan negotiations. He further discussed the results of balancing and a balanced foreign policy amid ongoing geopolitical shifts.<\/span><\/p>\n

The session continued with an engaging Q&A between the Secretary and the young participants.
